It marked the second straight game the Revolution benefited from an opponents red card. The Revolution broke through two minutes into stoppage time when Bunbury redirected Diego Fagundezs pass out of the reach of keeper Eric Kronberg. Fagundez set up the second goal when he broke free and attempted to slip it through.
